Error on bill

I had my service reinstated in May. Paid  my debt. The agent who reinstated me put my router number as the account holder. Couldn’t log in to pay my bill. Had to re-register made a promise to pay and fulfilled June paid. Service was disconnected for not returning a router that I was currently using and was part of my bundle. I was forced to pay $514 before I could even call and find out. Automated message said I can’t talk to an agent until I paid my bill because they couldn’t change it anyway. Verizon admitted fault but out right refuse to give me my money back got a credit for the following bill.$ 500 gone during rent time. I was disconnected again the next month for the same thing. There was a resolution that was agreed upon and approved by a supervisor as well as the billing department. I made 2 payments towards the said agreement now it’s not being honored and I’m being forced to pay over $800, reconnect fees for unlawfully disconnecting 3 times in the first place on their mistakes.  Since May I’ve been dealing with this. Every single payment I’ve made was done with an agent on the line and or billing telling the amount to pay since the numbers have always been wrong on My Verizon.  I have texts voice calls all without a doubt showing me in the right. Still no service. Today I was given a phone number do abVerizon office in New York. No matter what I did it forwarded me to “Frontier Communications where there is no record of me and was told they have nothing to do with Verizon. Weird to be treated this way. 60+hrs on the phone dealing with Verizon not dealing with their mistakes. Give me a corporate number something anything .
