I get the "please contact the Verizon local business office" error when trying to make changes to my account. Different browsers/devices/internet access methods and still do not change anything.
this started happening after moving the service to a new address.
does anyone have a solution for this?

This typically requires an upper Tier support escalation and you could only reach them through the phone I believe.
Sometimes they are garbage data generated in the backend database and only upper Tier support could manually fix them.
