Error when redeeming $50 Xbox eGift Card offer

I'm trying to redeem my Verizon Fios Home offer for the $50 Xbox eGift Card that was part of my package's sign up incentive. I keep getting redirected to an error page during redemption. The error page is entirely blank with the exception of the following message:


{"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}

Please assist.
