I was charged over $200 for equipment I already returned. I have provided the tracking number 3 times. It’s been 6 weeks and 4 contacts and still don’t have my money back and each representative acts like the previous contact never happened. I have screenshots. I asked for an escalation and nothing. Before I file a UDAP complaint does anyone have a corporate escalation number? Otherwise I will submit the complaint and Verizon can deal with the repercussions. Over it.
