Who can I email to get an overbill refund?  I have spent over 14 hours over the course of a month for an egregious overbill on our account.  Verizon apparently has made multiple major errors on our bill, including billing us for an entire extra phone line for over two years.  Multiple agents (more than 10) have agreed it was an error and promised resolution, but yet it is not resolved.  I spent THREE HOURS on chat today.  I am DONE.  I will now be moving our four phones and two watches to another carrier.  After 11 years as a loyal customer I guess we are leaving.  But now I will be requesting a refund in the form of a check instead of a credit.  I cannot deal with customer service again.  I need to send an email and be done.  I have already submitted a BBB complaint.
