to I am a disabled senior on a fixed income, I just paid $306 on 5/30, then I get a text that I will have to pay another $179 bill by the 11th, my full balance is $209 totaled by the 21st, tried to make a P2P of the full balance Igor the 21st or either make a split payment but the system will not let me, so I call financial services and they could not give me an extension till the 21st or let me me split my payment, says I will have to pay $179 by 06/11 or face interruption, now I did let them know my situation and told them I could pay something on the 11th and the remaining balance on the 21st, I’m disabled and I need my services and it seems they should understand this since the ACP just ended, I did like Verizon but I may need to get another carrier, this this doesn’t sit well with me Verizon
