I’m sure millions of Verizon users deal with this every single month, like I do. My bill goes up every single month. With no changes made by me or anyone on my plan. It’s such an unethical way of doing business and I’m considering dropping all my plans on my account and my family will just get new numbers because I’m at my last straw with dealing with foreigners on the phone or chat making promises but never happens. I don’t even care if I have Verizon on my credit report if I go with another carrier. I don’t have the time to sit on the phone or chat for three hours a crack just to have no solution once again.

It should not go up. The Fios monthly rate is not an introductory rate as stated in the Broadband Nutrition Label.

I only have wireless plans with Verizon. Earlier this year, I called Verizon with an issue of a stolen phone. The representative helped me with the bill by changing some things and we got it down to $465 a month. I don’t think I’ve paid that since (except when my dad upgraded his phone there was the legitimate charges for that)

Literally having the same problem!! False promises via chats and calls with financial services and nobody helps or does anything to make up for it!

When I switched over from Spectrum it says my monthly bill will be 271 plus taxes and fees
Now it says my monthly bill is 738 per month
The line charges have doubled or tripled when it said my account was guaranteed for 3 years
Why has the bill jumped so how.
271 is not 376 or 738 per month
