I am attempting to find out why my account indicates a different price for my Triple Play than what I am being charged. I'm only referring to the amount that Verizon charges and not the television service portion. I've tried going through numerous CSRs with no answer and have sent emails as well. Please help me if you can.
Hello ian5799,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out via the community. Are you referring to the online charge on your account being different from what you were quoted (which will need to be addressed, definitely)? Or do you mean your online charge, when you look up your account, differs from a paper bill you've received?
Thanks
~FCN
Yes to your second question. My online account differs in the base charge for the triple play from what I am being charged.
