Why is it that Verizon can charge me extra money to try and make me update to a newer plan?
I have been a Verizon customer since 2009 I believe. So why now are each of the lines on my account being charged an extra $2 per line each month?
Does it cost Verizon, $2 more per line each month to maintain the old plan?
Or is this strictly guided by greed and wanting customers to go to a higher costing plan per month?
How does it affect Verizon in any way other than that?
I may be only 1 customer, but I would be willing to bet I am not the only one this happened to or is happening to.
Guess it is time to start looking for a new carrier. Surely there is a carrier that appreciates their returning business.
