Dear Verizon Headquarters
In November of 2022, Verizon was offering a promo during the holiday season. if I upgrade to the iPhone 14 pro max, and trade in my iPhone 7plus, I will get $700.00 credit towards my new upgrade. so I did order the iPhone14 pro max and mail in the iPhone 7 plus with the return ups label they sent on November 9th 2022.
After few month, I did not see the credit on my bill, so I called and they told me that they did not received my iPhone7 plus, but when I check the tracking, it shows that it was delivered to their ware house on November 11/29 /2022. so I call again and give the tracking info show that it was delivered. They told me that they will processed the credit and I with see it in the next billing cycle.
Unfortunately, Verizon never credited my account even after I called multiple times, and every time Verizon representative said after spending more than an hour with the representative who promise fixed the problem, but credit was never applied .
It has been over I year and still did not received my credit. Verizon just keep stringing me along and making all kind of excuses and promised over and over again they will give my promotional credit of $700.00.
As of 11/12/2023. I was told by their associates that I was no longer qualified for the promotional credit unless I upgrade to a more expensive plans. This was never disclosed to me at the time when this promo was offered. So they changed my plan from (business unlimited essencial to business unlimited smartphone).
As of 11/13/2023 , Verizon charges me more for the upgraded plan but only giving me a partial credit of $200 divided by 36 months = $5.55 monthly.
Verizon had previously done similar to my husband on a less expenses phone. After many months of disputing the issues with my husband phone, they fixed the problem.. But now again, Verizon repeating this behaviour doing the same with me on a much more expensive phone of $1300.00 its has now been 1 year and refused to resolved the issues
5/22/2023 I spoke to Verizon customer service, they said they would applied $139.00 for the past due credit and every month i will start seeing the monthly credit applied. So far no credit of $139.00 or any monthly credit has shown up in my account.
5/23/2023 they applied the credit they charged my account for a international call when i have an international plan with another company. They credited those unauthorized charges
6/23/2023 after an hour with Verizon customer service, they approved $300 of the $700 promotional credit., but never applied it to my account.
8/15/2023 I spoke to Verizon customer service, they acknowledged the problem and said they will call be back on 8/16/2023 but they never did
8/16/2026 they said if i upgrade my current from November of 2022 to 11/2023 i will get the promo credit of S700.00 divided by 36 months = $19.44 monthly. the upgrade my plan but never got the credit.
9/23/2023 they issued claimed to credit my acccount for 1$194.00 plus an additional credit of $30 adjustment but this credit was never posted to my account.
On 10/23/2020 they told me that i need to upgrade my plan from $40 to $45 monthly. Then the management will give an addition 25% credit every month for the next two years on the $45 monthly plan. That way i can get the credit they $730.00 trade in for my iPhone 7 plus.
This was never disclosed to me when i did my trade in in 2022 of October
11/13/2023 they told after reviewing our account for an hour plus, that even with the upgrade I will only get $200.00 for my iPhone 7 PLUS and its beyond her ability to do any anything to fix the issues with Verizon
Dates I have spoke n to Verizon (6 months after I have returned my iPhone 7 plus with no credits to my account.
