I made changes to my FIOS & tv account which sent me an email quote of $139.76. It was an estimate, but the bill was $224.66. I have chatted with 4 different agents. They've modified my order but it is not close to the original quote. Supposedly a ticket was open with Billing. I was told I would receive a response in 7 to 10 days. After 2 weeks I still did not receive a response. The agent I contacted said to give them another week. 

Who do I contact? How do I get this resolved? My elderly parents had a similar unresolved issue. My mother contacted Verizon to get relief and they offered a price which was more expensive and the smallest channel package. When my parents convinced my parents into a contract package previously. I'm guessing this is standard practice for Verizon?
