FIOS Repair Service for phone, internet, and TV similar to Optimum problem

Why is it you have to wait 3 days for a repair person to come to your house. This type of customer service is unacceptable, especially with the amount of money you pay each month. I called Saturday and after a long time on the phone the man said the problem (all FIOS service is out -- phone, Internet and TV) requires a visit. I had a similar problem with Optimum before I switched and they responded within hours! Maybe I should switch back to them! The gentleman I talked with told me he would get the time frame expedited but when I just called the woman said that won't happen. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
