I requested a FIOS connection movement request as we are moving out to a new apartment. Date for movement was mentioned as 30th April. But on 29th April morning Verizon disconnected my connection from current address and FIOS to be activated at new address from 30th April.
Maa we don't have internet available in current address for whole day - I called Verizon Helpdesk to sort it out - they asked for credit check ! Then asked for deposite to activate me as a new customer in their system for 1 day at the old address.
Very very disappointing. Other than inconvenience it seems there isn't anyway for me to make a complain.
