I am so incredibly unhappy with Verizon Fios and the shady tactics they have employed. I originally called to set up a wireless internet service and after speaking to a representative who offered MULTIPLE 36 MONTH discounts, I decided I would be alright going with a Triple Play offer. I have a screenshot of the discount confirmations, and yet NOTHING has been taken off the bill. I would literally rather move out of Fios capable areas to spite Verizon into ending their contract. I spent literally 2 hours on hold waiting to speak with an agent and eventually got hung up on. Now they apparently have no email for support, and phone contact did not work. Great. I will do everything I can to drive business away from this company if this is how they conduct themselves.
