Me and my wife decided to get an upgrade with the “promotional deal” that discounts $800 to upgrade to the new iPhone 14. We’ve had similar problems in the past of seeing hidden fees, so I asked multiple times for the exact amount that we will be paying, and how much more it’ll be than what were previously paying which was “$5” more, it was a no brainer deal. We even paid $200 for whatever, could’ve been for set up fee, or a downpayment, but we went from paying $80 for two lines to $126.84. Which is a whole $40 difference of what we were told we would be paying. That is a whole different level of cost especially when it’s monthly. I went in to talk about it, and was told that it was a charge that usually happens for the upgrades and will be discounted onto the next payment, but nope. Been making consistent $126 payments for the past 5 months..Please help, I’m tired of getting finessed and getting false reassurance.
