Almost 1 year ago, we switched 2 lines from T-Mobile to Verizon on the Unlimited Ultimate plan. Having been with T-Mobile for 22 years, we switched when they cancelled my Corporate Discount and I was unable to get it reapplied.
Over the year we've been with Verizon, I have participated in numerous chats to try and get the corresponding Corporate Discount applied. From the initial switch to Verizon, and throughout the chats, I was told that the plan was eligible for the Corporate Discount. This morning (10/19/2024) I was about to finally have the 20% discount applied, and have a 20% discount applied to the current bill. That chat seemed to time out before the discount was applied. When I was able to get the chat reconnected, that rep stated that my plan was NOT ELIGIBLE for the Corporate Discount! Instead, he only offered a $20 discount off the current bill.
Needless to say, I am not happy about being suddenly told that the plan is not eligible!

I have already done that, and went with my Corporate Affiliation Discount. Except that, having been told that the Unlimited Ultimate plan was eligible, I was suddenly told this morning that it isn't eligible!
So I'm now looking for an alternative provider that will honor the Corporate Affiliation Discount.
