False advertising and Sales Department

Newbie

Hello.  I recently became a new Verizon Wireless customer by way of working with a sales rep over the phone.  I signed up for 4 new phone lines and 4 new phones and I was told very specifically by the sales rep what the new monthly payment would be for this new service.  The issue is that what I was told does not even come close to matching the bill that I received from Verizon and  no one seems to know how to fix it.

if the billing mess is not fixed today, i will be forced to cancel my new service and go back to T-Mobile.

@hartman5 ,

We're sorry that you feel this way after starting services with us, but let's find out a bit more on this. You had said you only want this specific sales rep to fix your account, so if he had provided you with his contact information then that would be the way to reach him. Focusing back on your bill concern though, have you been able to review it yet? I ask because a first bill will be higher than normal because you have prorations in there. Check out this link under the "understanding your Verizon mobile bill charges" section because there's several answers and examples of what makes up a first bill: https://www.verizon.com/support/view-bill-online-faqs/
