So basically i ordered on accident two verizon phones, caught it in time and got a “Return to Sender” placed on package, fought verizon for a refund that took 3 months to reemburse, now they have a collections account, with a account number that cant be traced with verizon they say they cant find it when i have a printout of the collections charge… 2,150. Verizon ruined my credit
