Very frustrated in trying to cancel the Verizon iCloud. It shouldn’t be this difficult to cancel especially when they email that the “free” subscription is over. I didn’t want it and it must have been put in during the hubris of getting my new iPad. 
also trying to leave feedback on the app is disabled. Store feedback works. 
its silly to spend all this time on something that should be easy

Verissad, I'm sorry that you don't want to continue using VZ Cloud. It does have a lot of nice perk and some large storage options, so I always do recommend it. If you do wish to remove it, you can manage any of the VZ Services & Perks your account uses via My Verizon. I've got link here which outlines how to Enroll and Unenroll in a service: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-206367/

 

If you select the Unenroll option, it will show you how can end VZ Cloud service if that's your decision.
