Filing a Complaint Over Payment Arrangement

I setup over the phone on the automated system on Wednesday 22nd to extend my payment arrangement to September the 5th and the payment was sent to my bank on the 28th and it caused an overdraft on my account. I did not have the money in my account hence me filing for the extension because I haven't gotten paid yet, I just started a new job on August 20th now my account is all messed up because you sent on the original arrangement date in error.

I am very frustrated with this company, with this process and the high cost to have this service and never being able to talk to someone when I need to.
