Final payment for inactive account

Hi.

I came back to Korea, and can't log in Disconnected Account page. If I can log in, there is no problem.

It says "We are sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time". I think Korean IP is blocked.

  • Unfortunately, Enrolled card is s.c.ammed, and your payment was blocked. I need to enroll new card for the final payment.

Could you contact me through my E-mail? I want to make the final payment.

Once you've disconnected your service, all login access to My Verizon is revoked.  Use the one-time payment site which doesn't require a login:
