Please tell me why my telephone services were interrupted yesterday through this morning? My bill was late as of August 11, 2023, and therefore it only has been 10 days and Verizon Financial cut off my services. I called them and they said I had to make arrangements in order to get my services restored.
So my bill was 10 dates late and to have them restored they forced me to make arrangements when I would pay $85.00.
This is ridiculous and I plan on notifying every agency that will listen.
