Fios Billing

I  have had Fios  Internet, tv, phone for 14 years. On 7.14.24 I upgraded my legacy plan with tv preferred to mix and match TV most. For some unknown reason, I was not billed for TV most until my 9.24.24 bill. I was back billed for TV most for period 7.29.24. I am OK with that since I requested the upgrade. What I dispute is back bill charges for the same period for MRDVR enhanced. First, I was already billed for MRDVR enhanced for this same period on my 8.24.24 bill. So, duplicate charge. Second, MRDVR enhanced is free with TV Best. So, I should not be billed for MRDVR enhanced, or doubled billed, but should receive a refund. If am being billed for TV most for period 7.29.24-9.24.24 I should not be billed at all for MRDVR enhanced for that period, since it comes free with TV Most. On my 8.24.24 bill I was also fully billed for all TV connections for period 7.29.24-9.24.24. With TV most, 1 TV connection is free, so if I am being billed for TV most for that period, I should be reimbursed for charges for 1 of the connections I was previously billed for that period. In spite of multiple chat attempts, I have been unable to convince agents that there is anything wrong with my 9.24.24 bill. For backbilled TV most, I should be reimbursed for previously paid services that are free with TV Most. I was not. I was rebilled for the same charges again.

I have been told that Vz has denied my claim $86.39 in overcharges without explanation. I do not understand why it is OK for verizon fios to double bill me for services that should be free. I have also experienced being given a loyalty  "discount" that instead of decreasing my bill by $10, instead increased my bill by $20!!! I have also experienced other disappearing discounts I was given on my 9.5 order. And I get conflicting statements from agents ranging from you will see the discount on your next bill. I did not.  Or we have never given that discount in spite of what is on the order I agreed to and also what is on supposedly official verizon guidance on the my verizon web  and also what is displayed on my account on my verizon web page. I am not happy with these bill increases over what I agreed to on the 9.5 order. Nor am I happy with Vz double charging me. I have alternatives to Verizon for my internet and I will be exploring them.
