I had to terminate my Fios subscription recently, and I need to return the rented Fios Gateway router. On MyVerizon, there is supposed to be a package label for returning the router to a UPS store, but I'm getting an error message:
We are unable to locate your order details. Please check if information was entered correctly. If you need additional help, contact us at 1.800.VERIZON (1.800.837.4966).
I called the number listed, and was told to bring the router to a Fios store. Unfortunately, all the Fios stores in my area are closed due to coronavirus. How can I go about getting a UPS label?
