Hello - I live in MA and within the past year my bill has increased from $166 to $186 and now my new bill is up to $199. I have a modest plan with Gig Internet, Preferred HD package and phone with one DVR. This is getting crazy. Any advice on how to handle this with Verizon? I used to be in a price lock plan and that expired last year and now it is constant increases. Thanks in advance for any advice.
