Hello,
I got Fios about 3 month ago for my home and was eligible for $100 VISA reward. However, my reward was "On hold" although I believe I have paid all the bills. I contacted the Support using chat. The chat representative confirmed I was still eligible and told me to contact {edited}. However, no matter how many times I call, and no matter how long I wait on the phone, I could never reach any representative there. And finally I found my reward is canceled. I am very disappointed, and want to have this fixed. What can I do?
