Fios and Mobile account issues

Just brought four phones over to Verizon. I cant seem to get the charges/discount correct. The Fios and wireless teams cant talk to each other for some reason, so i am stuck for 6 hours now trying t chat between the two and have gotten nowhere. Does Verizon have an escalation dept that can handle both Fios and wireless? Thanks!
