Hello, ejpark0602, we're so glad you chose Verizon and are here to help with your billing concerns! When looking at your first bill, you should be seeing charges that start on the date your phones are received through your cycle date, then a month in advance. You mentioned you received your phones on 10/14. When looking at the individual charges on your bill, the dates of service you are paying for are shown there. Are you seeing partial charges for service before 10/14?

@ejpark0602, I'm wondering if this is an industry practice.  Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but you are always paying a month behind with a "postpaid" line.  So in order to get the "month behind" thing going, your first bill is set up immediately upon signing up.

A little side story: I was on a postpaid line with Pink Logo Place very, very briefly, thinking they would be a better option than Verizon Prepaid, but it didn't live up to expectations.  I ported out on December 30, 2023,  and returned January 2, 2024.  Imagine my surprise when my autopay processed with Pink Logo Place for an entire month of service 2 weeks later, and then in February, I got a paper "final bill" from Pink Logo Place saying I still needed to pay for the  2 days in January!  They were nice enough to remove the "final bill" for me, but told me, nope, that "first month bill" is correct (i.e. it doesn't matter when you sign up, you have to pay for a whole month for that "first month")...

I've never used Blue Logo Place for mobile service, but it wouldn't surprise me if they bill you for a month immediately upon signing up with them too.
