I thought Comcast was bad. You guys make Comcast look like Saks Fifth Avenue when it comes to service.
Over a month and I still have:
1. An above ground cable sitting in my yard
2. No email or postal notifications of bills
3. Router configuration issues
Either this stuff gets fixed or you have lost yet another customer...Permanently.
