Fraud charge Again !!

Verizon has added $26 dollars to my bill for “ home device protection “ that I did not request and definitely did not approve ! They did this same thing 2 months ago . It took me 45 mins of being transferred around until I finally got someone to remove the charge . Now they have done it again !! Th is obviously on purpose.  I will be filing a complaint with the FTC
