Fraud on my account

There is fraudulent activity on my account.  I wonder if anyone else has experienced this....

On Nov 12 someone bought a samsung phone and two ipads and put those on my account.  Once I got notified on these additions I looked at my mobile app and saw these orders.  I immediately called verizon and notified them.  They promised me they would fix this.  It has been several weeks.  I have followed up with them twice, and they kept promising me this will get fixed.  But those fraudulent orders are still showing up on my account!!!  And they have also included those on my bill!!  

It is VERY frustrating and concerning.  Has anyone had this experience?  Any suggestions?  Obviously, Verizon does not have adequate fraud protection controls, nor are they able to react quickly once there is a breach.  This is REALLY a big issue.

Yes I saw your note with a link and a toll free phone number to call.  I have obviously contacted them before and despite their assurances there is no resolution.  So much for security being of paramount concern!
