I’m beyond frustrated with this promo. I have been on the phone now 4 times trying to see where my offer is and I have gotten 4 different responses, none of which have gotten me a tv. Anyone out there actually able to redeem this?

I’m having the same issue every time I talk to somebody it’s another 5 to 10 business days. It’s over 60 days now I haven’t got a response. I don’t understand why they can’t just flip a button and send us our rebate forms so we can get our televisions if this is going to continue, I’m gonna report them to the FCC for negative promotions they bait you in and then they change. I’m beyond frustrated. I’m straight to VERY MAD  now. I was told I was going to get a call back. I’ve waited since 9 o’clock this morning and now it’s 530 and they’ll be leaving and I haven’t got a call back

Same issue here, I have received one email about the promotion telling me to redeem it but it doesn't work and there is no option in my account. I have spoken to one rep and had a few chats with no resolution.

Just hit day 31 where I should be able to redeem the offer. Went through chat support, and felt like a run around where I was told it would be escalated. I went in store today and they called in with me there, after 30 minutes I was told that I haven’t given it enough time as to when I could start redeeming the offer since it’s only a day in. It should be as simple as adding the perk so that I can redeem it. I shouldn’t have to take time out of my day to get a clear answer to redeem a promotion offered to gain me as a customer. I see this as me getting the run around until after the promotional period. Hoping to see you guys get a resolution to give me some hope for myself.

Well sad to say that I never got anywhere with the tv. I found out that since I received a discount on my phone at purchase I wasn’t eligible for the tv. I didn’t like the answer but I guess I have to accept it. I am still upset that I was promised something which I never received. If I was ineligible for the promo , why offer it to me in the first place? Not cool Verizon!!!!!  How is that not false advertising or straight up lying??????
