Free DVR for life - but we are moving

Hi,
We are part of the 'Free DVR for life' promotion. We are moving to a different town, and chose the option to keep the same service. In the 'Order Summary', it did not list anything about a DVR discount. How can we ensure that the DVR discount will still be applied after we move?
