I bought three phone in 2022, one android S22 Ultra, Iphone 13 and a free Iphone 10, well endup the free iphone is not free, Verizon has make me paid the phone since July 2022, I have spoke 4 supervisor and all of them tell me the same story, they need to submit a request to adjust the charges and make this phone free as it was advertised, it is October 2023 and I have been charge 20 dollars a month for 13 months and all those supervisors either they lied to me or Verizon refuses to fix this issue, Please next time you get an offered of a free cell phone if you get the third line or four line, make sure you keep checking your bill because you may end up paying for the phone, Please any who can help me here how to get this resolve, or any verizon employee who is willing to help me, please call me
