7 Months ago I switched over to Verizon on a free phone promotion for the Iphone 14 and Iphone 14 plus with NFL Sunday Ticket free for 1 year. Once I received the 14 I decided that it was too small for my hands and opted for the 14 plus 48 hours after switching. I proceeded to do the device swap and was told that the device would still be free in line with the promotion in place. Once I received my first bill I was charge for the phone and have been charged every month after. I have called customer support and sit with reps trying to fix this for 2 hours every month for the last 7 months still they are unable to apply the promotion despite seeing it in the system. The have filled out multiple promotion correction forms to no avail. This is unacceptable!

KXJ312, it's definitely frustating to see that you've not been able to get this resolved. I've sent a Private Message to you, so we can take a final look at this and see what's going on, and find a resolution so you don't have to keep spending time on this.
