Free amazon prime subscription and free echo link not working

I was promised a free subscription to Amazon Prime and a free echo.  Verizon sent me a link in an e-mail twice but when it takes me to my account, the offer is not there.  I have called Verizon multiple times to resolve this issue, but I keep getting put on hold and transferred to other departments. Since they are not resolving this for me, should I cancel because I am paying my bills? I deserve to be treated better since I have been a customer for almost 30 years!
