Back in May of last year I was told I was eligible for a free samsung tablet with my phone upgrade. I didn't really need one but for free,except taxes etc., why not?
My bad for not looking at my bills more closely I was charged 799.00 in monthly installments. When I called yesterday I was told they never had any such promotion.
I see that other people have had this same issue.
I have been a verizon customer for over 20 years but think it's time to switch carriers. Totally disgusted
