I recently added a line for the purpose of getting the free Amazon 65 inch TV it’s past the 30 days I’ve called Verizon numerous times there’s still no link in the perks in the app. I’ve been on the phone for hours with them only to get the same run around, they keep passing the buck to the next person. The last person I spoke with at level two tech-support assured me they would put in an escalation, and I should get this perk Very soon I still have not seen it in the app. I will be turning them in to the Better Business Bureau. Also the attorney general I’ve been a customer for 21 years and purchased many phones through them and have had perks. I don’t know why they have these promotions if they do not honor them . Now I’m stuck with the phone that I didn’t really need and paying on it and still haven’t received a free TV
