My Verizon FIOS service is switching to Frontier Communications next week and I'm trying to authenticate my new Frontier account. Frontier is asking for a PIN, but Verizon customers cannot use one. They're telling me to use the "Send me an access code" from within my Verizon account that's supposed to be emailed to me ... But there is nothing like that to be found. Where am I supposed to find and use this handy little feature?
