Verizon won't send me a paper bill. When I try to pay online, I get to the part where they send an alert to my phone. When I click that it's ok, I'm told my account is locked. I'm not sure how to get it unlocked so I can pay my bill. I guess I need to find a 800 number and sit on the line for a couple of hours.

You can make a payment by dialing #PMT from your phone and you'll be guided through the automated system. The lock on your account usually lasts up to 24 hours and is due to multiple failed authentication attempts. Please let us know if this helps or if you continue to have issues.
