I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the delay in processing my refund request for an order that was canceled two months ago. The prolonged delay in refund processing has caused significant inconvenience, leading to a highly dissatisfactory customer experience.
Despite numerous calls and store visits, none of the customer service executives seem to understand the refund process or how to proceed. This lack of transparency and communication is deeply disheartening and unacceptable.
Furthermore, the initial error in my order was made by a Verizon executive who placed the order for the wrong plan, despite confirming the details multiple times. It is concerning that individuals lacking basic knowledge about plans are representing your company. This experience has severely impacted my trust in Verizon's services, and I am left with no choice but to share my dissatisfaction.
I want to emphasize that I would never recommend Verizon services to anyone due to this frustrating and pathetic experience.
