Full Legal Name Change

I have taken my legal name change paperwork to corporate Verizon stores and yet it still does not reflect in my account billing or the way I'm addressed in my emails. How do I get Verizon to actually address this? This is beyond annoying at this time. The fact that I have to go into a Verizon "community" to get an answer from a corporation I pay money to for a service is wild. This should be a simple process but isn't.
