I have cancelled my landline and internet service becasue sold my house near end of Sept 2018. Called custom service many time of promising refund in a week. It has been over 60 days still no refund and my online account is still showing negative balance. Can I can refund check issued from local Verizon office? I am frustrated to keep calling for refund.
Many times Verizon will not issue a refund for partial service. Some reps say yes and other say no. But check verizons terms of service to see if they offer prorate refunds.
i know if you paid a security deposit it has to be paid after a year of on time payment.
