Getting a call back

How can I get a call back? Specifically something that has been escalated and continues to be escalated?
I'm tired of the 2-3 hour calls and on multiple occasions, support has not managed to resolve the situation. I’d appreciate some feedback.

Wish I had a better answer for you, but with there being a large pool of outsourced CS agents and most, if not all, of it overseas, getting a call back is going to be tough. If you've got a ticket(s) open, use live chat where you type "live agent" to get a real person and then give them the specific ticket number to ask for any updates.
I don't want to pry, but as someone who's here a lot, I've seen a number of common billing questions and may be able to provide an explanation, if you're willing to share some generalities of what's going on?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
