I'm receiving emails from another Verizon account specfically about movie rentals that I did not rent. I called customer support and they only were able to help me stop receiving marketing emails (which I already don't) but did not seem to understand the emails were coming from another account, not mine. I have not been able to find any information to help with solving this problem on any forums or with contacting Verizon.
