I've had nothing but problems getting my Verizon Gift Card.
Service intalled on Oct 7 - Promised $400 Gift Card since I bought the Ultimate Package. (Ultimate TV, 50/75 internet, etc)
NOTE: All bills paid ontime since install.
Dec 24 - Card status online changed from Pending to CANCELLED! No one from billing or the Rewards department had a clue why this happened. Asked to Wait until Jan 7 to call back for manual card rekey.
Jan 7 - Told by Verizon Rep card was rekeyed manually and be sent in 30 days.
Jan 8 - Received Email and Automated call - card processing.
Jan 17 - Postcard received with pin.
Jan 17-30: Card still showing as "Processing"
Each day on my bill page, under Notifications - the card shipping date changes.
On Jan 17 - it said "Will ship on or around Jan 20"
On Jan 20 - it said "Will ship on or around Jan 23"
On Jan 27 - it said "Will ship on or around Jan 30"
Jan 30 (today) - it says "Will ship on or around Feb 2"
Thats 13 days worth of date changes.
Will the shipping date changes ever stop and I actually get my card?
I'm starting to have my doubts....

Same here i got email December 28th 2013 that it would be sent within 30 days then on January 27 it was "Mail out" it's now Febuary 6 & nothing still waiting i called customer service last week and they said i would get it by monday which past **bleep**

But i did get another bill in the mail from verizon no problem nice and early
