I entered into a new 2 year contract with Verizon with automatic ACH payment in August 2018. I was supposed to receive a $100 gift card & NEST promotional item. I was able to order the NEST item but there was no option to register for the debit / gift card. I have called the promotion line several times. Wasted several hours at this point and given conflicting information on the arrival. This feels very much like a scam. I've been instructed to wait 60 days twice and this point and still nothing!
