Gift Card

Verizon offered me a $100 gift card for renewing my contraact in April 2018.  Needless to say, I never received the gift card.  I contacted them four times and each time received a different excuse.  Once they said my bill wasn't paid which was untrue; the next time they stated I didnt purchase the correct package to receive the gift card. Another Agent told me not to worry that I would be receiving it and it takes 90 days. I called again today and was told I didnt order the right package and that I should call back after July 21st tocheck on it again.  THIS IS A SCAM BY VERIZON.  TOTAL SHAME.
