I'm pretty sure probably someone already might had similar situation in the past. I've order the iPhone 15 online using visa card along with 2 eGift cards about 2 months ago to pick up in-store. But the order was cancelled the next morning due to the inventory and it never picked up. My visa purchase balance was refunded in couple days but those 2 eGift cards purchases were never not. I've contacted the agent 3 times since then up to this time of writing.
First contact, the agent told me the eGift card balances were to be issued with paper check in the mail within 7 business day. That was never happened.
Second contact, another agent told me the eGift card balances were to be credited under Gift section on my verizon account in 2 weeks time. (Which was last 7 days ago)
Third contact (today) on chat, the agent have no idea of my request. He just copy/paste the script from their support and no help. When I pressed and show some "anger", he proceeded to look into the account and said he will need to get further help.
Does anyone have similar issue or situation recently or in the past? How did it resolve?
