I placed an order for in store pick up and used a gift card to place the order. The store canceled my order due to not having the device in stock. I called to see if my gift card had been refunded and it was not. I called customer service to inquire about the issue and they filled out a refund request for. I have been waiting for almost a month and I have not gotten my refund back.
A month is far too long to be waiting for a gift card to be refunded from a cancelled order, Travone0622. We're here to help look into this matter and see what's the holdup. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us.

I also ordered something from Verizon and after waiting for a month they never fulfilled my order until it got cancelled. They took my gift card that I paid for and never returned it back. Were you able to get yours back?
